Context

The company creates tests and candidates assesments using psychometrics and wants to automate some of them using AI, they need advice on what to try and how to experiment.

Methodology

Bi-mensual call with the Head of Science of the company to understand what has been done, give guidance, anser questions and suggest methodologies to experiment

My involvment

I answer questions and guide, then provide summaries of the conversation to keep track.
